Terms of Use

1. The service

Onlooker lets you connect cameras, watch live streams, add cameras to Favorites and grant access to private cameras.

The service operator is Individual Entrepreneur Oleg Anatolyevich Stryukovatyy, operating under the brand STRYUK & AI WORKS. OGRNIP (individual entrepreneur registration number): 321784700058250. INN (tax identification number): 781005132066.

Contact: contact@onlooker.live.

2. Your account

Provide a valid email address, keep your sign-in details confidential and inform the operator if you suspect unauthorised access.

You are responsible for actions you perform through your account.

3. Connecting a camera

You must have the right to use the camera and transmit its images through the service.

Before connecting a camera, its owner must assess whether filming and streaming are lawful, obtain any necessary permissions and consents, and comply with applicable video-surveillance notice requirements.

Do not use the service for unlawful surveillance, invasion of privacy or distribution of prohibited content. Making a camera private does not by itself make all filming lawful.

4. Public and private cameras

Public cameras are intended for viewing in the public parts of the service. Listing a public camera does not guarantee that it will appear on the homepage.

Private-camera owners manage viewing permissions and may revoke access. An authorised superadministrator may view private cameras for technical support, security and handling complaints. Access recipients must not share their sign-in details or access credentials with others without the owner’s permission.

5. Moderation

The operator may review cameras and user reports, request explanations, restrict a stream or hide a camera from the public catalog following a breach of these terms, a substantiated complaint or a need to protect users and the service.

Hiding a camera from the public catalog does not necessarily stop the camera itself or every other means of accessing it.

6. Prohibited actions

Do not attempt to access other people’s accounts or private cameras without permission, bypass access restrictions, disrupt the service, unlawfully collect user data or use the service for illegal activities.

7. Stream availability

Availability and image quality depend on the camera, its power supply, internet connection and service infrastructure. Interruptions, delays and maintenance may occur.

Onlooker is not an emergency-response system and does not replace security or other specialised systems.

8. Recordings

Onlooker does not provide users with a server-side stream archive. If recording is needed, the owner must arrange it using the camera or other equipment and is responsible for its use.

9. Paid features

If paid features are introduced, pricing, payment procedures and material terms will be provided before purchase.

10. Ending use

You may stop using the service and delete your account through your profile or request deletion. The operator may restrict or terminate access for breaches of these terms, taking account of the circumstances and applicable legal requirements.

11. Enquiries and complaints

For service enquiries and complaints about streams, contact contact@onlooker.live. Please include the camera name or link and describe the issue.

12. Changes to these terms

The current terms are published on this page with their update date. We will communicate material changes through available channels.
